hI!

I’m Lewis, a Technical Level Designer currently studying game design at FutureGames in Stockholm, Sweden.

I grew up in London where I spent most of my time playing music or games. I spent the first part of my adult life working as a session guitar player, travelling around London and working various studios. I moved to Sweden in 2012 and to get by I did a bit of everything. I worked as a bartender, a brewer, and even ran a chocolate company for a while...I was always fueled by the need to be creative.

I think that deep down I always knew that creating games was what I really wanted to do, so I moved to Stockholm and began to study at Futuregames and I have to say it was the best decision I’ve ever made, I’m loving every minute of it.

As a Level designer I want to create experiences, because when it comes down to it that is what we are all in it for, being able to evoke and emotional response from a player is truly one of the great joys in life. whether it be via an interesting game-play mechanic or a well thought out and intuitive level design.

I enjoy working together with others, but thrive just as well taking personal ownership for tasks as I do in a group environments.
